  Job description
NYC Retail and Experience Manager:
In this role you will be responsible for elevating the brand experience across all three cafe locations, managing the execution of new seasonal drink and food items, and leading a team of matcharistas to help us become the leading matcha brand in the US. This position is based in NYC.

You will also help manage cafe operations, streamlining matcharista trainings, and tracking inventory across all locations. You'll work directly with our marketing team, culinary director, and founders in a collaborative environment.
