Lunch Nightly is a rapidly expanding restaurant, butcher and bar in Midtown Kingston that serves sandwiches during the day, and dinner with natural wine and strong drinks at night. We butcher whole animals and make everything, with love, in house.

We are currently seeking an experienced cook to join our team full time as we continue to grow our young business.

The position would be a mix of preparing food, working a station on a fast paced line, and some baking. Ideal candidates have a working knowledge of general culinary & bread baking techniques, and be a quick learner and fast worker. We're a creative crew, working on a few different menus and events at a time, and we look forward to collaborating with a motivated, focused, reliable individual who is willing to learn and grow with us.

Responsibilities Include:

• Following & Scaling Recipes
• Weighing, Mixing, & Kneading Doughs
• Assisting With Ingredient Inventory & Ordering Lists
• Working a Station on the Line, to Deliver Orders to Customers in a Timely Manner
• Assisting & Experimenting With Staff Meals
• Assisting With General Daily & Deep Cleaning Tasks
• Maintaining a Clean and Organized station while working on multiple projects

Must be able to sustain long periods on their feet and be able to lift 50lbs. We're offering a 30-40hr work week, with competitive pay based on experience, and opportunity to get tipped out from FOH.
