Company description Landmade is a farm brewery located in Montgomery County, MD (Poolesville). We are striving to create the most sustainable brewery we can using as much product from our farm as possible. Our farm features peach and apple orchards, in addition to other produce that we are growing specifically for our brewery. Job description We are looking for a dynamic General Manager to help lead our Operations Team. Focusing mostly on FOH and Guest experience, this position will also be the bridge to our production and culinary team! This position is 5 days a week and includes being active in daily service, scheduling, vendor management, payroll, tip management, guest relations, training, hiring, etc.

Hospitality and brewery experience a plus, but not required. Willingness to get your hands dirty as we are a start-up, but have plans for growth and would love for you to be with the team for the long haul!
