Job description 167 SUSHI BAR is hiring an experienced sushi roller for the 24 seat restaurant located in Downtown Charleston, South Carolina. Attention to detail and quality is highly regarded. 

167 RAW OYSTER BAR is hiring line cooke positions, located in Downtown Charleston South Carolina.
Kitchen stations include: grill, fry, sautée, garde manger, prep, and fish butcher.

167 RAW MARKET & FOOD TRUCK is hiring a Head Chef/Fish Monger.  This is a salaried management position on Nantucket Island, MA.  167 RAW has gourmet seafood market with fish, meat, house made products, as well as a seafood driven food truck.  Seeking a highly experienced chef to oversee this operation.

Must be willing to relocate to these cities.
