The Skinny Pancake is now looking to hire an Assistant Kitchen Manager, at our busy flagship location on the Burlington Waterfront.

This is a full-time, position offering competitive compensation, benefits, and a $1000 signing bonus during September 2021.

This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to gain additional culinary or management experience in local food systems and restaurants.

This position is a key member of our culinary leadership team, working with our Kitchen Manager and General Manager, and Executive Chef. In addition to working with our set menu, our Asst. Kitchen Managers will help craft specials and menu changes, control variable costs, and lead a BOH team towards our company goals.
