This role reports directly to the Director, Strategic Initiatives with a dotted line to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and supports the broader team by facilitating requests across departments.

Salary Range: $58,500 – $68,000
Overview:
The Partnership & Production Coordinator’s role is to be the front-line contact for our external partnerships and productions, coordinating the execution of our deliverables and keep things moving in a timely and efficient manner. Scheduling, information gathering, and routing of work are the core responsibilities.
The right candidate is someone who excels at internal and external communication, thrives when held accountable, understands the importance of being a team player, and provides an extreme focus on details with impeccable follow-up. Explanation of duties and competencies
Brand Partnerships
- Initial point of contact and project manager for all brand relationships, endorsement partners, and content partnerships for MSG
- Coordinate, track, and oversee all contractual/agreement engagements (events, endorsements, appearances, speeches, social media requirements, etc) with various external and internal parties. Responsible for communicating all relevant engagement details internally and tracking fulfillment.
- Handle multiple projects efficiently, effectively, productively and on schedule
- Act as project manager onsite for in person engagements for MSG when required inside and outside of normal business hours
- Liaise and coordinate with outside talent agency, pr and legal teams
- Work with internal teams to provide information as requested from partners – PR, social media, marketing, etc.
- Maintain project lead document for all partnerships and other special projects, reporting accurate and current status
Productions
- Spearhead and manage specific social capture projects via in house and external production
- Manage all current and future media projects including digital content, books, television, web content, podcasts, etc.
- Enter and maintain each project status in web/cloud-based database, content management and team collaboration applications such as Asana, Box, Airtable, etc
Client Development & Management
- Initiate, organize and oversee Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
- Manage and maintain a database of high-touch clients (holiday gifts, thank you notes, etc.)
- Support efforts to gain new partners, including pitch decks and updating marketing materials
- Coordinate production company development, scheduling etc.
Other
- Support Marcus’s Executive Assistant(s) including filling in whenever necessary
- Support on restaurant or other special projects as necessary
Communication Skills Required
- Must be able to write clearly and authoritatively
- Provide unambiguous, thorough written direction to team members
- Understand the importance of deadlines, including setting and adherence to them
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
- Experience coordinating media appearances such as photo and video shoots, demonstrations, and speaking engagements with external partners
- Organizational and coordinating abilities
- Managed numerous initiatives at once
- An understanding of the importance of accountability and meeting deadlines
- Be able to adapt to workload and working conditions while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor
Compensation this position is : salaried, 50k-75k Application instructions
