- Demonstrate exceptional customer service, engagement and
approachability to build relationships and maximize repeat visits
- Be motivated, enthusiastic, outgoing, and reliable with the
willingness/desire to learn
- Develop a deep knowledge of product to improve customer service
- Assist with visual merchandising and overall store appearance, to ensure
our high standards are met at all times
- Perform tasks to ensure the smooth operations of both our cafe and retail sides of the business
- Accurately perform inventory functions including receiving shipment,
transfers, damages & stock reporting
-Report to Store Manager, and assist with training and motivating the store's retail team
This role is non-exempt from overtime. Therefore your hours will be tracked and you will be paid 1.5x for all hours worked over 40 each week. Compensation this position is : salaried Application instructions
