Job description

We are truly dedicated to making amazingly good pasta with flour, eggs, and other ingredients sourced from local and regional farms practicing regenerative and sustainable farming. We are working to make the pasta world and our world better one bite at a time!

We are a young small food company making amazing pasta and more. We are looking for a person to join our production team in the kitchen. No culinary training or work history required.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently and persistently produce food products including fresh pasta, dried pasta, sauces, and more
  • Prepare shipments and deliveries for individual customer orders, wholesale orders, and for farmers market sales
  • Learn kitchen procedures and policies that are essential to safe and clean food handling practices
  • Assist the team in expanding business by ensuring a high standard of products and drawing in new customers through markets, e-communications, and the online store

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Works hard, eager to learn, high level of attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to safely lift at least 40 lbs
  • Ability to work on your feet for at least 6 to 8 hours
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Compensation for this position is an hourly rate of $15-20/hr with the potential of more as the company grows. The pay rate is wide to allow us to welcome anyone interested in being a part of this company.
