- Job type Full-Time
Chefs for Impact is a NYC based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. It was founded by Olivia Chessé in March 2020, during the Covid-19 pandemic, to inspire a more intentional relationship with food in ways that are good for the planet, our health, and our taste buds.
Through our programs, we strive to empower individuals to make sustainable food choices and connect communities. These programs include media content, youth education programs, dining events, culinary workshops and demos.
Chefs for Impact envisions a world where our food system has positive, long-lasting effects on the health of all people and the planet. Why? Because the current food system is dysfunctional and a rapid change in consumption behavior is deemed necessary to avoid a complete breakdown of the climate and our health.
You too, you want to have a tangible impact? Come join the movement and be an actor of change!
