About your role: We are looking for organized candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of Seacharroes and brand ambassadors. This is an opportunity to join the ground floor of an environmentally focused CPG startup poised for high growth. You will be an important part of the communication of Seacharrones Seriously Habitat Forming tm message to our customers. Brand Ambassadors are responsible for working under the instructions of our R&D Director. They will be on site at retail, sporting, and brewery events. There they will hand out samples of Seacharrones, set up the sample display table, engage and communicate with customers the message and story of Seacharrones and Blue Dot Kitchen, and generate photo and video content when appropriate. Additionally they will be a part of the all-important customer service team, communicating with our customers to answer their questions
Brand Amabassador Responsibilities
- Excellent and clear communication about BDK, Seacharrones, and Seagreens sustainability.
- Assuming the role as the face of Seacharrones to our potential customers.
- Loading and unloading samples and display set up from storage and on site.
- Capturing, when appropriate, video and image content from event attendees.
- Packing up equipment when the event is completed.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the equipment and display table.
- Maintaining proper covid precautions for events such as masking when necessary and being respectful of others safety needs
- Punctuality about arriving at event locations.
- Vaccine proof in the form of a vaccine card.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Diligence and attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Interest in engaging with our customers on social media platforms.
