At Littleburg we do not make vegan food that imitates non-vegan food. We make novel, powerfully flavored food with local roots and flavors echoing the cuisines of Greece, Turkey, Morocco, Israel, and beyond. Throughout our journey from a pop-up to meal delivery service to takeout counter, this food and the community that gathers around it have been at the core of what we do.

Founded as a pop-up concept in 2017 by Chef/Owner Graham Boswell, you could find Littleburg’s take on Mediterranean vegan cuisine all over the Boston area; from breweries to coffee shops, fine dining restaurants to cafes. During this time, Graham and the team tested different concepts, refined their food and learned more about what it takes to create a vegan concept that Bostonians love.

COVID-19 forced a pivot in March of 2020: Littleburg launched a prepared meal service, which continues to be a cornerstone of the business. Each week the team prepares a fresh menu of mains, sides, and sweets for pickup or delivery.

After a long search for a home of its own, Littleburg opened its first brick and mortar in the heart of Union Square, Somerville in June 2021. We’re thrilled to offer takeout service at our unique takeout counter tucked away in a converted auto garage.

Littleburg is looking for a part-time delivery driver to join their growing team! Littleburg was recently named one of the Top 50 Restaurants (2021) in Boston by Boston Magazine and is cooking up delicious Greek-inspired vegan food at their take-out window in Union Square, Somerville as well as with their weekly prepared meal delivery around Greater Boston.

Pay starts at $19/hour. Responsibilities include portioning food, processing orders, packing orders, and using personal car to make deliveries. This is a part-time position Thursday-Saturday with some flexibility in hours. Opportunity for more hours as a prep cook if interested. Must be available Friday night and Saturday during the day. Must have a car and gps.
