Gather Brands is a full-service sales consulting agency focusing on women owned and women run companies in the CPG industry. We are looking for a driven and organized individual who is passionate about natural products, to join our squad!
Main Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
• Manage Gather Brands portfolio within specified account base
• Submit all brand partners and products to accounts within the Gather Brands SO CA Coverage
• Adhere to category review calendars within each of your respective accounts
• Build annual promotional calendars for each retailer/brand and submit accordingly
• Direct and monitor all aspects of trade promotions (including post-event analysis) within your specified account base
• Report and communicate updates with brand partners consistently
• Act as the primary sales point of contact for brand partners within the specified accounts
of coverage
• Build and foster relationships with distributor representatives within specified territory
Qualifications/experience:
• 2-3 years of experience in the CPG industry
• Familiarity with Key Natural & Specialty accounts in the SoCal Market
• Experience with the distributor/retailer relationship
• Experience speaking to and negotiating with retail buyers and a track record of closing a deal
• Familiar with working remotely and collaboratively
• Insanely efficient follow up and follow through skills
• Demonstrated success with an emerging brand or highly competitive consumer products category
Location: Remote however, must be based in Southern CA
Salary: DOE
Health: Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits Compensation this position is : salaried, varies DOE, $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 Location job can be done remotely Application instructions
