Imbibe is seeking a creative, team-oriented, detail-driven Digital Content Editor with a writing style suited to Imbibe’s audience. Our ideal candidate has experience writing and editing stories about drinks in the digital space and a passion for the beverage world. We’re looking for someone with the ability to conceptualize, curate, and create engaging content for the Imbibe website and social media channels and to be an integral part of the Imbibe editorial team. Photography skills are a plus.

Requirements:

• Strong writing, editing, and research skills specific to beverages
• Proficiency in Wordpress and familiarity with HTML
• Ability to implement SEO best practices
• Ability to conceptualize articles and headlines
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and ability to manage deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with others
• Ability to work independently and self-direct
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to a fast-moving, often-changing digital environment
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Good eye for photography

Responsibilities:

• Pitch, write, and edit articles and recipes for the Imbibe website
• Help strategize digital content direction and curation
• Update existing web articles and recipe
• Create, manage, and schedule article and recipe posts in Wordpress
• Keep website content updated and fresh on homepage and other pages
• Post web content on social media
