WE ARE HIRING NOW FOR TWO POSITIONS IN OUR ACTIVITIES DEPARTMENT

• Flexibility is key! These positions require open availability all days of the week, including weekends and holidays.

There is one FT 5-days-a-week position and one PT 3-days-a-week position opening.

• Specific days and hours will be decided upon hire but may change dependent on client needs. You must be flexible and available to work 8-hour shifts. Our business hours are 8 am Pacific - 10:15 pm Pacific 
• The FT position will be Tuesday/Friday/Saturday: 1p-9p Pacific and Wed/Thursday: 9a-5p Pacific (prior to March 13, 2022 it will be Sundays 9a-5p Pacific and Monday/Tuesday/Friday/Saturday: 11:30a - 7:30p Pacific) and the PT position will be Mondays 1p-9p Pacific and Fridays and Saturdays 9a-5p Pacific. 
• Weekend work will be required.
• The starting hourly rate for these positions is $15-$16, depending on relevant experience.

Team members assist our tours and activities clients by answering questions and booking guests on exciting adventures - from boating or hiking excursions, to bike and walking tours, and even shark dives!

• We provide efficient, effective, and empathetic customer service through phone and email channels
• Our team may also be involved in setting up schedules and tours in the back office and booking systems
• This is a fast-paced environment!
• Candidates must be detail oriented, able to juggle many responsibilities with various timelines, and skilled at working quickly in multiple Chrome tabs at once.
