Company description Olsson's is a small Family Run Cheese and specialty food shop where we have a loyal customer base and are located next to Princeton University. We have about 100 cheeses at any time and we focus on cut to order for each customers. Job description We are growing and are looking to add someone with a passion for food and mainly cheese! This position will require making grilled cheeses, taking customer orders, helping customers select cheese and cut and wrap the cheeses, helping with catering orders, cheese platters and selling cheese. There is some light cooking and cleaning.
This job also requires some Managerial tasks including cash handling, ordering, building cheese platters and special orders, special catering event help, running the store in the absence of the store manager/ and or owner, delegating tasks to staff. Food safety awareness and a serve safe cert a plus, but not required.

This job requires open availability, 7 days a week but a typical schedule is Thursday to Monday 10am-6pm but varies week to week based on needs and Friday Nights until 830pm as needed. Could be earlier hours during holiday season. We are closed all major holidays!  This is a full time benefit eligible position.
