Job description Specialty food opportunities including store sales, Full Time and Part Time, weekdays and weekends.
Passionate to learn and to share knowledge of specialty food is what we are about and what we are looking for. Our retail store is located in Chelsea Market, which has high traffic and is a happening place near the West Village and the Meat Packing District in NYC. We are on the 10th Ave side of the building and are very close to access to the High Line.
Our needs include individuals who are able to provide exemplary customer service, assist in merchandising the store, be creative in making gift baskets, use the POS/ cash register and work well with the sales staff team and the overall organization. Candidates must be organized, have a neat appearance, and be excited to work in a fast-paced and evolving retail space in a very exciting corner of Manhattan.
Business also includes a mail order division, a distribution center in Jersey City, and a wholesale division with opportunities for advancement.

Compensation is commensurate with experience and begins at $15.00+
