Working in conjunction with the chef/owner you would manage the day time hours of the kitchen, receiving & placing orders, executing food prep, managing inventory & sanitation, and ensuring everything necessary is in place for PM service. We would like to increase our existing commitment to working with local farmers and the ideal candidate would be excited and engaged with this.
