• • Full time, in person position—work in our comfortable office in downtown Santa Barbara with our core team

• Previous food manufacturing and quality management experience required

Who You Are:

Someone who thrives in a startup environment and is motivated to problem solve and learn quickly. 

• 3-5 years of experience in food manufacturing, quality assurance, or operations 
• System experience with Google Drive, Google Sheets, and MRP systems preferred 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Highly organized and meticulous attention to detail 

What You’ll Do:

You'll manage our production, inventory, quality, and warehousing departments. You will work closely with our Supply Chain Director and report to our COO. You'll be a core member of the Clevr team.

You will oversee the overall manufacturing process to ensure optimized production and GMP Compliance. 

Inventory 

• Responsible for inventory reporting, production logging, digital receiving, and transfers between multiple warehouses and co-manufacturers. 
• Manage Batch tracking system of finished goods
• Submit purchase orders for raw materials and maintain good working relationships with vendors. 

Production/Quality Management 

• Responsible for production scheduling and will act as primary point of contact for Co-Manufacturers and 3PLs 
• Manage lab testing protocol and food safety procedures
• Manage product recall procedure
