We are L’Isolina Pasta, and we make fresh pasta locally on the Lower East Side. Our pasta is made in small batches from Sicilian Heritage Grain Semolina and local Whole Wheat grown and stone-milled by Amber Waves Farm in Amagansett and we bronze-extrude our pasta as is traditional in Italy. We are dedicated to local, sustainable food & agriculture, and we need help as we grow this winter!
Job description
Seeking a motivated, hard-working, fun-spirited pasta maker to join our small team this Winter!
Compensation
this position is : hourly, $15-20/hr

Key Responsibilities will include:
- Producing our fresh pasta
- Delivery to our customers
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a fast-paced, changing environment, as well as responsible enough to handle autonomy.
