Job description

We are looking for an individual who has a passion for the hospitality industry and willingness to learn and grow as a leader. The overview of responsibilities and qualifications are below;

Management Responsibilities

  • Report to General Manager of Il Fiorista
  • Ability to lead by example, including involvement in regular service to our standards and supporting service where required
  • Schedule and conduct service training for hourly team members
  • Uphold the standards while leading purposeful steps of service
  • Conduct hourly positions' screening interviews and evaluate qualification
  • Suggest and implement innovative guest experience opportunities
  • Provide feedback and coaching opportunities for the hourly service team members
  • Orchestrate service plan for private events and group dining
  • Opening and closing managerial responsibilities
  • Facilities/Health Department checks
  • Floor management - engaging with guests, troubleshooting issues, managing flow of service and management of book and the host team, communicating with the kitchen and dining room team
  • Engage with restaurant guests to ensure the highest level of dining experience is provided
