Job description
We are looking for an individual who has a passion for the hospitality industry and willingness to learn and grow as a leader. The overview of responsibilities and qualifications are below;
Management Responsibilities
- Report to General Manager of Il Fiorista
- Ability to lead by example, including involvement in regular service to our standards and supporting service where required
- Schedule and conduct service training for hourly team members
- Uphold the standards while leading purposeful steps of service
- Conduct hourly positions' screening interviews and evaluate qualification
- Suggest and implement innovative guest experience opportunities
- Provide feedback and coaching opportunities for the hourly service team members
- Orchestrate service plan for private events and group dining
- Opening and closing managerial responsibilities
- Facilities/Health Department checks
- Floor management - engaging with guests, troubleshooting issues, managing flow of service and management of book and the host team, communicating with the kitchen and dining room team
- Engage with restaurant guests to ensure the highest level of dining experience is provided

Qualifications:
