The role as a Kitchen Assistant is a unique blend of back of house and front of house operations.  

 

Hands-On Classes: You will use your culinary knowledge to help our clients learn techniques and kitchen etiquette, while also delivering excellent hospitality to create an enjoyable customer experience.

 

Catered Events and Public Dinners: In addition to helping with hands-on cooking classes, you will assist the head chef in preparing a multi-course menu for our private catered events or public dinners and brunches. You will experience ever-changing menus that evolve with the seasons and are curated directly for the client.

Chef Competitions: You will assist one of our competing chefs in executing a 3-course meal using a mystery basket of ingredients, all while engaging the guests who are attending the show. Compensation this position is : hourly, $20/hr + Application instructions Deadlineno deadline
