Tributary farm uses organic practices to grow mixed vegetables and some small fruits for our CSA and local wholesale accounts. In 2022 we plan to grow 6 acres of vegetables and 6 acres of cover crops to ensure decent rotation. We seek to have farm that is defined by diversity, innovation, long-term thinking, and community. We measure success by our ability to turn a profit, build soil and ecosystem health, and sustain a healthy and diverse client base and team.

•  Part time team members will be mostly focused on harvesting, washing, and packing 40 different types of vegetables on Tuesday / Friday as well as other farm tasks depending on schedule.

• Other tasks will include Green House, seeding, field prep, planting, cultivation, weeding, marketing.
• We will invest in your professional development as a farmer and provide honest feedback to each other.
• Tuesday and Friday – Friday 7am – 5pm with 30minutes - 1 hour lunch break. More days possible. 
• Start Date Preferred: May 24
• The position will run through mid November with the intention of extending to future seasons.
• With excellent performance part time or full time winter work is also possible.
