Job description We are seeking a talented and trustworthy individual to join our team.
 

Core Duties:

  • Assist with the hiring of new Regalis Team members
  • Liason with the Payroll Administrator to Onboard new hires & Offboard exiting employees
  • Facilitate Onboarding needs for all needed systems (company email, ERP credentials, Messaging, Workstations, and more)
  • Monitor Mobile Punch Clock system, send reports to Managers as needed (at minimum, once a week prior to payroll processing)
  • Screen Driving Records and notify Insurer of needed Additions and Removals to the vehicle policies
  • Manage PTO requests, trouble shoot staffing issues and communicate with team, track PTO and Sick Time
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment
  • Research discrepancies in payroll information and/or documentation (e.g. time sheets, leave time, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Initiate and follow through on Workman’s Comp claims and Accident reports to OSHA when needed.

General Responsibilities:

  • Assist Operations team with Order Processing, Invoicing, Customer Service, and Purchasing needs
  • Assist in AR collections efforts
  • Assist with training needs for staff members at all levels
  • Participate in periodic scheduled Warehouse Inventories
  • Maintain a clean work environment
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and productive relationships with co-workers across all levels of the company and InterCompany
  • Adhere to all Regalis policies and procedures
