We're looking for an enthusiastic produce professional to become a key player on our small but passionate team. This person would focus on developing new accounts and growing our existing product lines. We pride ourselves on our innovative packaging solutions and this position would help us expand portfolio of sustainable and value added products.
Duties and Responsibilities
Business Development / Sales & Account Management
- New account development
- Corporate account sales and management
- Provide sales support to category leads
- Work with sales team to develop new products and categories
- Transportation and Logistics
Operations and Management
- Provide administrative support as needed (included but not limited to entering sales orders, closing repacks & navigating relevant customer portals)
- Become proficient in internal ERP system and provide support to production and office staff
- Manage co-packing programs as needed
Qualifications and Background
- 5+ years experience in sales / Produce
- Highly organized and detail oriented is critical
- Work independently and collaboratively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Spanish speaking a plus
- Willingness to work across departments as needed
