We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to lead execution of our social media presence. We are a highly collaborative team so this position will receive ample support from others to assist with brainstorming, campaign development and asset creation. This role will manage the day-to-day across our social media platforms, support influencer relationships and assist in growing our ambassador network. 

What You’ll Do
  • Work closely with our leadership team to help engage with and grow our online community across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms
  • Craft fun, playful and kid/parent friendly captions for social posts
  • Execute the nuts and bolts of our social media presence and content distribution, including in-platform posting and posting using third-party scheduling tool (Later)
  • Lead on-going community and influencer engagement to drive positive brand conversations, ensuring questions and comments are responded to timely and thoughtfully
  • Monitor platforms for public and private feedback, UGC, product reviews and relevant trends
  • Use branded Canva templates to make graphics 
  • Provide recommendations on content based on audience reception, social media and food trends and platform capabilities
  • Assist the Brand Marketing Manager with influencer campaigns, including vetting applicants, responding to posts and providing continued commentings/engagement with targeted influencers

Who You Are
  • Passionate about all things social and possess an in-depth understanding of top social media platforms
  • Collaborative energy and willingness to get silly
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experienced in writing, editing and creating content for the social media space
  • Resourceful with a keen eye for sourcing relevant and engaging content
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and great self management skills
  • A willingness to work during non-standard business hours (it’s social media - we don’t expect you to available 24/7 but we do expect regular check-ins which could mean evenings and weekends)
Compensation this position is : hourly, varies DOE, $20.00 - $34.00 Location job can be done remotely Application instructions
