The prep cook at Inga's will help the chef with daily tasks such as making dressings, sauces, stocks, braises, desserts, cleaning vegetables, cleaning and portioning seafood and meat, putting away deliveries, and cleaning the prep kitchen. The prep cook will need to move fast, work hard, have a positive attitude, a willingness to contribute to a team, and a desire to learn. We are a small but busy restaurant with a small kitchen staff. We enjoy working with each other and are looking for someone who likes what they do, is reliable, and has experience food prepping.
