Job descriptionKey Responsibilities:

Assistance with invoicing and billing

Assistance with administrative CF tasks

Assistance with outreach and partnerships

Help support development and profitability of The Foodscaper, our sister educational company that provides resources and support for people who want to learn to create ecological edible landscapes for a living

Help create quality marketing content

Report directly to Matt Lebon, CF owner and founder

Report directly to Lindsay Wolff, The Foodscaper manager
Qualifications:

Proficiency with the Google Suite: Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.

Business and marketing savvy
-
Skilled / trainable with Kajabi and Quickbooks
-
Social media management and strategy skills
-
Skilled with social media content development
Assisting Lindsay / The Foodscaper

Help with content and product creation for The Foodscaper
-
Social media posts
-
Support with video production
-
Admin support for The Foodscaper Podcast
-
Admin support with The Foodscaper Summit
-
Help recruit more contributors to The Foodscaper and edit content

Organize photo library
-
Outreach and communications with other foodscapers
-
Help with future book project
-
Support with graphic design, ads and marketing materials
Assisting Matt / Custom Foodscaping
-
Pay invoices where we need to cut checks
-
Send confirmation emails for meetings and consultations
-
Upload photos from consultations into its respective folder
-
Put all addresses into the schedule and CRM
-
Assist with HR/hiring emails
-
Create short descriptions of all plants for client reference

Put together an “options” page for garden accessories
-
Follow up with clients after installs for testimonials, pictures and feedback

Organize pictures into folders and properly label

Social media posts
-
Represent CF at events
Hours
~10-20 hours week February-October
~20-30 hours a week Nov- Jan in preparation for The Foodscaper Summit, our annual educational online event
Location
Mostly remote / partly on site at install locations around the St. Louis area.
Compensation:
-
$18-$25/ hr depending on experience
Working with Custom Foodscaping and The Foodscaper
You’ll have all the needed support from current staff as you gain confidence.
