Cheesemonger seeks cheesemongers (experienced) and apprentices (inexperienced, at least in matters of cheese).

Work with expert cheesemongers to learn our ancient trade, and with our demanding clientele, which includes some of America's most important chefs, food writers, artists and lay connoisseurs.  We also sell wine now, which is fun.
