Job Description:

The Cashier/Deli Clerk is an important brand ambassador to The Country Table, and this role is an outstanding opportunity to be part of an entrepreneurial and growing business. In addition to the basic job responsibilities (as shown below), this individual is expected to greet customers with a warm smile and provide an excellent customer service experience. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
• Take customer orders
• Answer and assist customers with questions regarding specific food items or services
• Fulfill customer orders for prepared foods from our refrigerated cases
• Prepare hot and cold beverages for customers
• Packaging food, beverage, and retail items in appropriate bags/containers
• Process sales transactions and accept payments using our POS system (TOAST)
• Report issues with inventory
• Restock and maintain par levels for retail products
• Remain up-to-date on company promotions, special menus, and online ordering menus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-action environment

Compensation / Benefits:

• $16 - $20 per hour (based on experience)
