Waltham Fields Community Farm (WFCF) was founded in 1995 as a nonprofit 501(c)3 charitable organization with a mission of hunger relief, education, and farm preservation. Job description Are you looking for a new workplace and excited by the opportunity to contribute your energy to a non-profit agricultural organization?

At Waltham Fields, we are addressing food access and food equity in our community by providing sustainably and locally grown vegetables while also offering hands-on educational experiences for youth and adults. We actively promote farmland preservation and use growing methods that respect natural systems and enhance environmental health. And...we are an effective and fun group of people!

The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting administrative activities in support of the mission of Waltham Fields Community Farm, which is to promote local agriculture and food access through our farming operations and educational programs, using practices that are socially, ecologically, and economically sustainable. We encourage healthy relationships between people, their food supply, and the land from which it grows.

This is an important role which supports our dynamic staff and organization; a key position supporting WFCF’s Executive Director as well as our core year-round staff members and their respective programs. We seek an individual with a high level of accountability, passion for our mission and interested in supporting the operations of a small non-profit office.
