At Dripkit Coffee we’re bringing fun, quality coffee experiences to all with a product that is extremely easy to use and tastes like your local coffee shop. We developed a patented single-serve coffee brewer that makes a barista quality cup of coffee anywhere. We recently joined forces with NuZee Coffee - the leading single-serve coffee co-packer and are looking to build a hardworking, passionate and driven team that is committed to creating delicious coffee in a fast paced, fun and growing company!
Job description The Account Coordinator will be the point person in supporting and maintaining relationships with all NuZee & Dripkit customers. This person will work between our operations, sales & marketing teams to streamline communication & workflow, ensuring we are delivering exceptional customer service to all of our clients.
Dripkit Responsibilities

Work with operations to set production schedule

Manage supplies and inventory and communicate needs to purchasing

Ensure documentation from order to fulfillment is recorded

Maintaining clear communications with our wholesale partners on all aspects of
the production process from receiving their coffee to shipping it out

Monitor Dripkit emails, fielding inquiries and troubleshooting issues

Continue integrating Dripkit and NuZee manufacturing and QA processes

Maintain processes for e-commerce orders, wholesale orders and roaster samples

Work interdepartmentally with the the Dripkit marketing team to plan for sales campaigns & product launches
Holistic Responsibilities

Work cross-functionally to ensure client’s request and orders are fulfilled

Ensure smooth and timely communication between the client, sales and operations

New roaster partner onboarding

Liaise with Marketing to promote new client launches and promotional efforts

Manage samples

Strive to improve re-order rate

Generate order forecasts and other reports as needed

Utilize CRM for tracking communication and reporting
Qualifications
-
3+ years in a customer service, sales or operations support role
-
2+ years Project Management
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Microsoft Teams, Microsoft suite, CRM
-
Extremely organized and self-starter
-
Manufacturing industry a plus
