Established in 2010, Short Winter Soups makes inspired, high-integrity soups using NC-grown produce year round. We distribute our soups through a subscription program, home delivery and two area farmers' markets.
Job description The SOUP MAKER works as part of our small kitchen team to see soups through from start to finish. This includes setting up workstations, washing, peeling, and chopping a variety and large volume of vegetables; cooking or baking off individual ingredients for soups; packaging and labeling soups; dishes and clean-up. Our commercial kitchen is located 1 mile from downtown Hillsborough, NC.Availability required: Monday & Thursdays, 8:30am - 4:30pm
