Company description We own and manage honeybees in about 150 hives in the Metro Atlanta area and sell honey and hive products(soaps, candles, lip balms, lotions, etc) at festivals, farmers markets and wholesale. Job description We work at a few local-to-Decatur Farmer's Markets, and Festivals during Spring and Fall.  Farmer's Markets usually run 4-8pm in the afternoons and Festivals run 10-5pm on weekends.  There are opportunities to take a lot of vacation time in July and August, and from mid-December through February, which are our slower seasons, but have plenty to do if you wanted to work through the slow seasons.

We also need help in the warehouse where you can learn soapmaking, candlemaking and other bath product-making, and we need help bottling, labeling, cleaning and helping with fulfillment.

There will be some opportunities to learn beekeeping to become an independent beekeeper, under the guidance of a beekeeper with 20 years experience. Compensation this position is : hourly, varies DOE, $15.00 - $18.00 Application instructions Deadlineno deadline
