Our restaurant attracts local regulars as well as hikers and outdoor enthusiasts who are drawn to the area by the many high peaks located nearby. Job description We are looking for a Sous Chef to collaborate with our Executive Chef to produce a menu that features comfort foods with a creative twist. The Sous chef will be responsible for overseeing staff, assisting with menu planning and execution, as well as managing food inventory and supplies. We are looking for someone with attention to detail who has a calm approach, communicates well, and can train and mentor others.
