THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IS:
- Motivated with great attention to detail and quality in all aspects of work, including cleaning
- Always looking for the most efficient ways to complete tasks
- Physically strong
- Organized and prompt in responding to text and email communication
- Looking to hold the position for a minimum of 6 months
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Peeling, chopped, prepping a variety and large volume of vegetables and fruits
- Set up workstations, and keep kitchen & prep areas clean & organized at all times
- Follow recipes and shift instructions accurately
- Do basic math as it relates to cooking and scaling
- Operate robot coupe, chopper/mixer, and other kitchen equipment
- Follow all food safety & sanitation procedures carefully and thoroughly
- Complete production and ingredient inventory logs
- Package and label all soups
- Complete thorough end of shift cleaning of production space, dishes, wares, equipment, tables and floors
This is a physically demanding position that requires being able to:
- Lift and move heavy items up to 50 lbs.
- Stand for extended periods of time
- Repeat the same physical movements and repetitive tasks with precision
BENEFITS:
