Schaller & Weber is hiring a counter associate with a focus on cheese mongering. We are looking for a self-motivated team player with good communication skills and a background in cheese.

Responsibilities:

• Invigorating staff and customers with cheese knowledge and cross promotion
• Stocking and merchandising cheese in the showcases and maintaining inventory

• Ability to maintain food service level sanitary conditions
• Serving customers at the deli counter efficiently and promptly
• Communicate proactively with Managers about stock to be ordered, stock maintenance, customer feedback, etc. 
• Receiving and unloading cheese deliveries
• Organizing and maintaining cheese in walk-in
• Providing top notch customer service
• Sampling and merchandising cheese with S&W products

Requirements:

• Flexibility in scheduling, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs and spend 8+ hours standing
• 1+ year experience as a cheese monger
