● Red Apple Farm Market (Boston, MA) - The retail shop and cider bar at Boston Public Market operates seven days a week, serving the farm’s hard cider, sweet cider drinks, hot cider donuts, and assorted farm treats. Job description The Red Apple Farm Market stall at the Boston Public Market is looking for retail, servers, and production team members as we grow and re-design our space. We are remodeling to make more space for our award winning apple cider donuts for bulk sales, catering orders and retail sales along with space for a hard apple cider bar, fudge counter, and farm treats.

Our Boston Production Team will be responsible for making our apple cider donuts, caramel apples, apple dumplings, and more. This dynamic team is filled with members that love working collaboratively in a kitchen or bakery setting. This position will best fit someone who likes to work with their hands, is comfortable making the same products over and over, is attentive to detail, and can stand for long periods of time. Our production team follows food safety protocols, so Servsafe Handler certification is preferred but not required.

Our Boston Retail Team will be responsible for creating the best possible customer service experience. This team is filled with members that enjoy talking with customers and love working collaboratively to support others. This position will best fit someone who is comfortable sharing information about the farm, upcoming events, and promoting our loyalty program and products for sale. This position will greet customers, provide samples, complete sales transactions using the POS system, restock inventory, and maintain a clean and friendly space for customers to experience.

Servers or Bartenders Needed!
The Red Apple Farm Market stall at the Boston Public Market is adding a Hard Cider Bar June 2023! We are looking for servers or bartenders to staff our cider bar. This position will best fit someone who has the knowledge or the aptitude to learn about Hard Cider. This position will greet guests, share knowledge about our hard cider, and serve customers.
This position is only available to candidates 21+ years and must be TIPS Certified.

All Position Qualifications
● Fully COVID-19 Vaccinated (required by Boston Public Market)
● High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
● Prior experience in food retail or production preferred
● Strong communication and customer service skills
● Able to work as a team, in a fast paced environment, and detail oriented
● Ability to lift up to 50lbs
● Interest in food, farming, or sustainable agriculture is a plus!
● Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Lightspeed, WhenIWork
