Job description

As Production Manager, you will own the production process in our kitchen.  You will need a strong focus on food safety, quality, and efficiency.  We want someone who will ensure that our processes are followed exactly, while also bringing fresh ideas on how we can improve.

Supervising a growing team of permanent and temporary members, you will need to refine and build their skills in the kitchen so we continuously strengthen our "bench".
The ideal candidate will have:

• food manufacturing experience
• attention to detail
• a "can do" attitude
• strong people management skills
• knowledge of food processing equipment
• experience working with fresh produce

The Supervisor will report to the Director of Operations and Quality.  Our growth will open numerous opportunities for a strong performer in the coming years.

Compensation

this position is: salaried, 50k-75k
