Company description

Hillsboro Pub is a full service, community-oriented restaurant and gathering place, located in the historic Moore’s General Store building in Hillsboro, WV.  Nestled along the picturesque Greenbrier River amid the vast Monongahela National Forest in the mountains of West Virginia, The Pub (as locals like to call it) is in the heart of Hillsboro, driving distance from Lewisburg, WV, and Snowshoe Ski Resort.  We serve a loyal local clientele as well as substantial tourists and visitors to our region.

After extensive renovation and modernization of the entire facility in 2023, The Pub opened with community and quality food at the center of its offerings and service style.  We are committed to engaging local farmers and producers, supporting our staff, and ensuring that there is a special place for both locals and tourists to dine in our beautiful community.

Join us! The Pub is hiring experienced restaurant professionals. Ideal candidates have management experience in either the front or back of house and are interested in living in a rural community and joining a community-oriented team focused on integrating our wide range of fresh locally produced ingredients into an accessible menu.
