JOB DESCRIPTION

• Arriving in a timely manner and setting up the booth before market is necessary, about 7:30 a.m. depending on the market location.
• Once setup, conducting sales through square and bettering customer relations is the main duty in this job.
• It is important in giving the farmer’s market shoppers a great and educational experience about our farm , as well as conducting efficient sales.
• Talking to the farmers’s market shoppers about how we operate our farm, our farm story, and the care we take for producing such a high quality agricultural product.
• end of market duties include counting cash sales, and breaking down market equipment.

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $15-20/hr
