Job description

Fedco Seeds, Inc is hiring a full-time Customer Experience Coordinator. This person will lead Fedco’s customer service team, helping to set culture, style and structure for customer service at Fedco. Once up and running in the role, this position has the potential to be hybrid remote/on site. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and support our customer experience team with a positive, collaborative work office culture.
  • Learn from what Fedco has done well in building a loyal customer base and strategize how to bring this forward as we continue to grow and evolve as a company. 
  • Use metrics, customer feedback and a collaborative team approach to strengthen both our internal and external communications. Work to develop reports, KPI’s and other metrics.
  • Work closely with product development and operations staff to provide training and resources for the customer service team. Identify priorities and processes for training and support.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Experience Team Leader or similar.
  • Strong leadership and collaborative team management skills. 
  • Top-notch communication and people skills.
  • A cool head in high-stress situations.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Savvy with customer service software and tools.
  • Big picture thinker who can also pay attention to the details.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in gardening, farming and/or orcharding.
  • Know your way around CRM systems and customer experience best practices.
