Company description
We are a small nonprofit located just outside of Santa Cruz on 73 acres of redwoods and green space where we invite our guests to Experience Dynamic Transformation. We host a wide variety of groups of all ages, year-round, from 15 to 150 guests.
We have been serving sacred hospitality and nurturing people with good (comfort) food for almost 75 years and take our responsibility to our guests, to each other, and to our land seriously (but we don't take ourselves too seriously!). It's as important to us that we find a good cook as we find a good match to our team energy and ethos - we believe happy people make better food.
