The South End Kitchen at Lake Champlain Chocolates is a sweet and savory café opening in Fall 2013. We are looking for passionate chocolate lovers and food enthusiasts to join the SEK team. SEK will showcase Lake Champlain Chocolates’ knowledge of chocolate and feature a simple, seasonal menu. An interactive space to gather, eat, and learn, the South End Kitchen feeds the curious appetite.
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone who can bake, teach, and lead with passion, an enthusiasm for chocolate, and a dedication to amazing our customers. You will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art kitchen with responsibility over the production of high-quality baked goods, pastries, desserts, and small-batch, premium ice cream. In addition, you’ll be able to share your knowledge of chocolate and all aspects of baking and pastries through teaching in our well-appointed education center. Ideal candidate will have a culinary degree in Baking & Pastries and 3-5+ years experience. To give our customers an amazing experience, you must have a passion for chocolate and a desire to teach.
