The IT Support Specialist performs routine maintenance on and troubleshoots issues related to computers, phones, LAN, applications, computer peripherals, and security. This position will serve as the tier 1 customer service support contact at High Mowing Organic Seeds.  He/she is responsible for routine security, asset auditing and monitoring of backup, disaster recovery and data recovery systems.  The ideal candidate must be experienced with networking technologies including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, firewall configuration, Microsoft HyperV, TCP/IP v4/v6, QoS, VLANs, VPN.  He/she must be highly self-motivated with a customer-centric attitude.  To be considered for this position, a high school diploma plus relevant job related certifications and three years of relevant work experience is required.
