Located in the heart of downtown Brattleboro VT, at the base of Mount Wantastiquet along the Connecticut River, Superfresh! Organic Cafe is the only 100% vegetarian / vegan restaurant in Brattleboro and southern Vermont. Our CSR (Community Supported Restaurant) has quickly become a local favorite. With a commitment to a delicious, healthy and affordable menu, this family friendly eatery is sure to please everyone!! Enjoy a delicious variety of soups, salads, pizzas, quesadillas, burritos, sandwiches, hearty entreés, raw desserts, baked goods, fresh juice, smoothies, coffee, tea and a fun kids menu! Our space regularly features local artwork, live music and a variety of educational programming.
The Superfresh! kitchen is 100% vegetarian, non-GMO, gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, egg-free, peanut-free. Local raw honey is used in small amounts, but can often be modified upon request. Our ingredients are sourced from regional farms whenever possible, working with High Meadows Farm, Fertile Fields, and Dwight Miller Orchards for the bulk of our produce. Beyond the food, we also hold a serious commitment to supporting sustainable models of production, distribution, waste and recycling – all of our to-go containers are compostable, any food waste is composted, etc.

As the Superfresh! Kitchen Manager you are here to join our team in serving delicious, healthy food to our amazing community, maintaining a clean sacred space, providing stellar customer service, helping to maintain a safe / happy workplace and so much more.
Along with the support of the Owner, Shift Leads, and entire team, you are here to serve the long-term goals and mission of Superfresh!. You will help to create an ever-evolving, always growing, safe and exciting space that fosters love, abundance, and a revolution! Our goal is to hold space for you to feel free to bring your unique perspectives, gifts, and ideas to the team, company, and community.
Growth Potential:
As the company continues to evolve, grow, and expand the job description of this position is expected to do the same to best support the business. In 2017 it is expected that this position will hold more responsibilities and have less kitchen time and more office time. We hope to find a great long term fit for this role for someone who is highly personally invested in the mission of this company, can see the big dreams, and is excited to be a part of the day-to-day steps it takes to get there. We are in a very exciting time of so much amazing growth potential where the possibilities are so expansive! Compensation will shift with these changes to reflect the demands of the position. Schedule may also be subject to shift.
