Company description 9 Miles East Farm is on a mission to make it easy for busy people to enjoy healthy food. We have a 29 acre vegetable farm, an on-farm commercial catering kitchen, and a diversified model for making healthy locally sourced food convenient and accessible for new audiences.

The pizza delivery operation is a highly visible and rapidly growing part of that mission. We use freshly milled organic flour from a local farm, sauce and toppings made with our own vegetables, and high-quality ingredients from other local farms to make naturally leavened sourdough pizza in an imported Italian fork mixer. The result is a farm-based pizza delivery operation with five-star Yelp reviews, loyal customers, and a huge opportunity to transition to a new location in Saratoga Springs.

We're currently operating a successful delivery operation, with pop-up presence at local craft breweries and other sites using our mobile wood-fired ovens.

Each account manager serves a specific group of clients, with a weekly route to allow the manager to develop strong working relationships with customers.
