This is a leadership position responsible for the development and operation of the eatery. We are seeking someone who will not do what they are told, but rather collaborate to ensure that MOM's progresses and grows. 


DUTIES

• Ensuring the whole team provides remarkable customer service
• Developing and implementing systems to help customers faster and increase quality and consistency

• Decreasing the amount of waste

QUALIFICATIONS

• This position requires a strong leader who is hands-on and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have good organizational skills and the ability to follow through on projects.
• Passion and appreciation for quality, organic food.
• Flexible and adaptable.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings.
• Ideally you would possess 2-3 years of experience in varied kitchen positions including food preparation, line cook, team management, etc.
• Excellent knife skills are welcome!
