The Sales & Marketing Coordinator provides support in all aspects of advertising sales, marketing, and events for Lucky Peach. Responsible for supporting the business team, he/she will get their hands dirty with projects and initiatives large and small and become intimate with the workings of a growing media company. He/she reports to the Account Executive and Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
– Prepares proposals and decks for sales and partnerships; coordinates between the business team and art team as needed
– Works with Marketing Manager to plan and execute profitable, high-margin events
– Works with Account Executive on back-end campaign logistics, client management, and other sales-related tasks
– Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data
– Works with Marketing Manager and digital teams to roll out promotional campaigns across the Lucky Peach brand
– Chips in with administrative tasks across the business team
– Demonstrates initiative in taking on new projects and challenges; works with the whole business team to help achieve company goals
Skills & Requirements:
– 1 to 2 years of event experience or experience within a media or advertising agency organization preferred.
– Experience in MS Office Suite is mandatory.
– Experience in Adobe Creative Suite is strongly preferred.
– A team player and self-starter with extreme attention to detail
– Finds joy in all types of detail-oriented and organizational tasks; takes initiative whenever appropriate and necessary
– A deep interest in the business of media; is excited by the prospect of helping to grow a modern-day media company
