We are looking for a bad-ass person to lead our savory department. We're searching for someone who : 
- is creative and can create new menus and products while working closely with the owner to make sure these new items fit within the vision of the bakery 
- has a passion for cooking with vegetables, seasonal ingredients and good bread. Bonus points if you're interested in sourcing local and waste reduction. 
- isn't afraid of costing, ordering, organizing
- keeps things clean, clean, clean
- wants to lead, train and motivate (and hire, when needed) a great crew
- isn't scared of hard work and isn't above working the sandwich line
- likes and thrives in a busy and growing environment
 
The savory department has really taken off over the past year, and we're looking for someone who wants to continue building on our current program. Currently, our savory department consists of breakfast, lunch and brunch on the weekends. It includes delicious sandwiches, fresh seasonal salads, breakfast sandwiches, and more - and there's lots of opportunity for developing new menu items.  We have great day-time hours - no late nights; and we keep it to 40 hours a week - no unpaid overtime here!  We offer health benefits and PTO, and have a drama-free, fun-loving, hard working crew.  Pay depends on experience.  
 
Compensation this position is : hourly, $15/hr + Application instructions
