Company description In early 2016, we opened our doors at Butcher & Bee in East Nashville - our first Butcher & Bee location outside of Charleston - where we're serving lunch, brunch and dinner, under the creative guidance of chef Bryan Lee Weaver.  Bryan's creative menus lean heavily on seasonal produce and Middle Eastern influences. We were recently nominated by both the editors and readers of Nashville Scene as Best New Restaurant 2016. 

In 2016, Butcher & Bee Charleston expanded into a new space with twice the seating capacity, an extended menu, a diverse wine list, ample parking, and outdoor seating; we're open for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner with Middle Eastern leaning, seasonal menus. We also operate an in-house bakery, making artisan, naturally leavened breads and pastries for our restaurants and wholesale clients. 

The Daily by Butcher & Bee is a progressive neighborhood marketplace and coffee shop offering foods and provisions of the highest quality and bringing them to the people with warm hospitality.

In 2017 we'll be opening Workshop, Charleston's first food hall, on the Upper Peninsula with a rotating lineup of chefs and tenants. Job description

Butcher & Bee is seeking a solid general manager candidate for our 1 year-old Nashville location. We're serving progressive, fun, and clean food. We are very vegetable focused, we source premium in season ingredients, and are dedicated to developing talent.

Voted Best New Restaurant by Nashville Scene editors and readers, our 125-seat East Nashville location is open for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, serving fresh, ingredient-driven mezze, vegetables, sandwiches and entrees.
